Do you provide training?
NelsonWerks will provide training on any tech device that you own. Apple and Ubiquiti products are a specialty. Through the years, adapting to new technologies and distilling that knowledge down in a way that is easy to understand, has become a hallmark of my tech consulting business.

Why is my WiFi slow?
There are a plethora of reasons that it could be slow. Standards are changing all the time, and if your network hardware is more than five years old, it’s time for an upgrade. Same goes for phones and computers, if you want the best performance.

Do you work on Windows computers?
Yes. Most of my tech clients and personal devices are Apple, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t grow up on, and regularly service, PCs. Every tool serves a purpose, same with tech.

Are there service contracts with NelsonWerks?
No contracts or monthly plans, just hourly invoicing. No one needs another recurring bill in their life! … and tech doesn’t misbehave constantly if it’s set up correctly ;)

Very much. Dark roast or espresso.

Why does my tech hate me?
Your tech doesn’t hate you, it’s just not set up correctly. Devices and networks are like living things, there is nuance in their environment. That is where experience comes in. Never let the machine win! … remember that you are the own it, and not the other way around :)
